POSITION SUMMARY: Finance/Accounts Receivable/Credit Dept

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Manage receipts and cash for Cheese Store.
  • Process accurately company receipts and reconciliation reporting.
  • Reconciliation the cheese receiving documents.
  • Post payments received daily.
  • Prepare and send out the accounts receivable aging reports. 
  • Communicate timely the accounts receivable status by customer with Controller, Customer Service, and Sales team.
  • Proactively, with confidence, reach out customers to resolve payment issues as required.
  • Manually enter freight invoices.
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Reconcile and provide follow up to other related balance sheet accounts as assigned.

SOFTWARE, TECHNOLOGY, & TOOLS

Below is a list of software programs that proficiency is required in to successfully perform the duties of this position.  

  • Word, Excel, MCC Software (HR Ck Rec),  Internet access (Customers & Bank websites) , personal printer.

Below is a list of technical equipment that proficiency is required in to successfully perform the duties of this position.  

  • Printer, Adding Machine, Electric Stapler, Phone, Copier

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Minimum Required Education: High School Education (or Equivalent)

Field of Study:  Prefer post-secondary education (2 years) in Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum Required Experience: Less than 2 Years

In lieu of post-secondary education, related experience required 

Certifications & Licenses:  N/A
