Hayssen Machine Operator

We are currently conducting a search for MACHINE OPERATOR-HAYSSEN on 2nd Shift for our Mountain Home operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate high speed cheese packaging machinery
• Set up packaging film and production machines
• Maintain high quality standards while operating machinery
• Make minor adjustments to equipment to improve efficiencies
• Coordinate the work flow of other employees on the line
• Maintain production records
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
• Ability to solve math problems
• Lift 100 lbs. occasionally
• Production experience and knowledge of MCC product lines desirable
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
• Must be dependable and have a certain degree of flexibility to work overtime, different shifts, and Saturday and Sundays when needed
• Must complete and pass a 75lb lift test if not already done
