POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for managing and executing technology related projects and delivering the desired outcomes in an effective and professional manner, ensuring that infrastructure and services are aligned with and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Essential Functions 

  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, form and lead project teams and establish  project budgets
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Ensure project steering teams are kept informed of project progress
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, write specifications
  • Analyze existing systems and recommend areas of improvement
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Organize and perform user acceptance and integration testing
  • Prepare technical users manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports
  • Train end users and technical team members
  • Allocate resources, accomplish identified project goals and maintain cost efficiency on assigned projects
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Provide trouble-shooting support for various ERP programs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business analysis or a related field is required
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science Business Management 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills are required 
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail at all times
  • Ability to self motivate and work individually and in a team environment
  • Ability to work onsite in office 5 days a week in Marathon City, WI
