POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing support for training and development efforts throughout the organization. Assists the training and development team in maintaining training documentation, generating reports and coordinating events with internal and external contacts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Tracks monthly training key performance indicators (KPIs) for all locations.
  • Generates completion reports for employee compliance and certification training.
  • Navigates the Learning Management System (LMS) for assignment of training, event creation and credit assignment.
  • Assists in the development and communication of training updates and changes.
  • Partners with the training and development team to ensure timely and appropriate service to internal customers.
  • Follows up with leaders to ensure timely completion of required training activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years prior experience working in an office environment support role is required
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
