Software Engineer

**This position is an onsite position based in the corporate office in Marathon City WI**

General Summary

In this role, you should be able to work independently to write and develop code. As technical specifications are assigned to you, you will develop functionality to meet those specifications. Working closely with senior developers, you will learn the more complex development concepts. In addition, you will be expected to participate in functional meetings and communicate technical concepts back to the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot software issues

• Work with other developers on projects

• Write and debug code Independently

• Basic software design concepts

• Transform written specifications into application code

• Understand and document previously written programs

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree required bachelor’s degree preferred in Software Development
• 4+ years of development in .Net (C# or VB)
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server & Stored procedures
• SAP experience is preferred
• Ability to utilize logic and critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems
• Ability to work independently or in a small group
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
