We are accepting applications for a Production Internship. To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in undergraduate studies offered through an accredited university or technical college in addition to meeting our standard criteria. Position Information

This position will provide general support to all HR team members, specific duties are varied. Assist HR team with recruitment, record documentation, benefits & payroll, learning and development and safety. This position will report to the Human Resource Generalist.

Job Responsibilities

  • Courteously interact with all departments, employees and general public
  • Interpret company policies for employees and employee-centered situations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion, including (but not limited to) personnel, medical and Workers’ Compensation documents
  • Record employee performance reviews, record disciplinary and attendance documentation
  • Assist in monthly employee appreciation events
  • Process onboarding paperwork for new hires and rehires and track new employee reviews
  • Assist with other jobs and duties as necessary.
